As part of the internal team, Jessica Zonnekeyn brings a unique perspective on what it’s like to work at SolCur. Her journey with the company began well before she officially joined in 2023. “I already knew Tim from a previous collaboration where we were completely on the same wavelength. I had been following SolCur’s launch with a warm heart, and when the Support Manager role opened up, the decision was easy.”

In her current position as Operations Support Manager, Jessica thrives on the variety and the impact of her work. “Because SolCur is still relatively small, my role is incredibly diverse—and I love that. I get to work flexibly, know everyone personally, and immediately see the results of what I do. Whether it’s helping a consultant or adjusting a process, I can act quickly and effectively.”

But for Jessica, the real difference lies in the company culture. “The foundation of everything at SolCur is trust. I feel like I can truly be myself here. We’re not afraid to have honest conversations, and we give each other real feedback. That openness gives me the space and energy to do my job with joy and confidence.”

Her outlook on the future is clear: “I see myself working at SolCur for many more years—because I genuinely love what I do.”
