Yee Kee Lam is a perfect example of how SolCur discovers and supports promising talent. Three years ago, she was eager to transition from physiotherapy to clinical research, but faced a wall of rejections: “I had the right mindset and transferable skills, but without the required degree or experience, no one would give me a chance. It was a frustrating loop—how do you gain experience if no one is willing to offer it?”

That changed when she met Tim. “Because I’d proactively earned a GCP certificate, Tim invited me for an interview. He believed in me, introduced me to Novartis, and soon after, I started working there as a CRA. I’m still grateful for that opportunity—without Tim and SolCur, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”

Currently, Yee Kee works as a CRA at Cochlear and is thriving in her role. But it’s not just the job that motivates her—it’s the company behind it. “SolCur is an amazing employer. The culture is warm, open, and truly people-centered. Everyone helps each other grow, and when challenges come up, I know I’m not alone. I also feel encouraged to keep learning—when I propose a course or training, the answer is always yes. That kind of support gives me the confidence to keep developing myself, and I look forward to everything that’s still to come with SolCur.”
